CAP Activities - come and join us!

CAP runs a number of regular activities as well as occasional special events. This page introduces the hardworking people who will be pleased to welcome you to join in the fun. All committee members and their phone numbers are listed on the site and you are welcome to contact them for further information on their particular responsibilities.

Bowls

Malcolm is your friendly host for regular games of bowls each Friday morning at Benavista Bowls Club. Turn up at 10 a.m. for a 10.30 a.m. start. The cost of €6 includes hire of woods if you don’t have your own. Beginners are welcome. YOU DO NEED PROPER SHOES!

Chicago Bridge

Daphne hosts chicago Bridge at El Paraiso Country Club (upstairs) on Thursday evenings, 7 p.m. for 7.30 p.m. Prizes to be won! At the moment everyone is required to bring a partner. Only €4 for members.

	Gibraltar Trips Due to lack of support Gibraltar trips will be organised on an ad hoc basis. The next trip will be on Tuesday 3 June.

		Handbell Ringing CAP now has a small group of ringers who meet at the Country Club on Mondays at 11 am and on Wednesdays after the coffee morning. If you are interested in joining please contact Marianne Wicks on 952 819115 or thewicksspain@mac.com

Spanish Lessons

Margaret McLean will tutor you in Spanish at her home on Thursdays. Beginners at 11 am, Intermediates at 12.15 and 4 pm. Tel: 952 887688

Whist

Mary and John Betteley will look after you on Monday evenings for whist at the EP Country Club (upstairs) 7.30 pm for 8 pm. Members pay only €6 and there can be up to 17 prizes! Although well-supported they can always accommodate new players - so come along!
