From your committee . . .
Before you reserve your place on any of the CAP trips, please ask the organizer whether the particular trip is suitable for you. Early morning starts, long journeys and late nights, may not be agreeable to some. Also consider whether your physical condition can cope with a lot of walking, or uneven ground etc. We try to arrange trips to suit everyone, but sometimes this is not possible.
In cases of doubt, the committee’s decision will be final.
When booking events and trips, members will be required to produce their current membership card. Non-membes may be required to pay extra.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL PAYMENTS FOR EVENTS AND TRIPS ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION.
